Our custom roll labels are made from a BOPP Material that's approximately 5.1 mil (130~ microns).
Keep in mind, mil is not short for millimeter. Mil is a commonly used measurement for products like labels and stickers.
1 mil is equal to 0.001 inches or 0.0254 millimeters.
Label: 2.4 mil (.0024 inches +/- 10%) Adhesive: 0.5 mil (.0005 inches +/-10%) Backing: 2.2 mil (.0022 inches +/- 10%)
