The liner layer, also known as the middle layer, is where the label forms a bond between the label itself and the surface. In simpler terms, it's what makes your label stick. We usually measure a label's adhesive by its tack or stickiness. Different end-use and storage environments will require different ranges of adhesive.

The face sheet is the third layer of a label, and is also the layer that we print your actual design on. Our goal is to match the face sheet according to your label application. Different environments and preferences will determine the best facesheet solution.
The printed image is the most important layer in our manufacturing process. Our digital printing process ensures your designs are made up of rich and consistent colors that give your label the professional, high-quality finish it deserves.
The finish, which is not always required, consists of a UV coating or lamination applied in the final step of our manufacturing process. This layer is used to protect your artwork and give your labels more durability and gives your labels a flat-matte look or a high-gloss shine.
For custom roll labels, the minimum order required is 250.
